approx 300g for me.

3 potatoe slices from dinner last night = 10
1 serving pasta = 42

Liquid
3 scoops HEED = 75
repeat 3 scoops HEED = 75

244 g
still 56g short

if I puke then I'll be 300 g short. Trying not to puke.

Need to get highr concentration in Energy drink like Perpetuem or Sustained Energy. Those have 52 and 75g/scoop.
