Shorter Higher position

Just saw that Trek's Jeremiah Bishop has changed his position to a shorter/higher one.

This is something I did a few months ago and have been very happy with it. It takes some different body english for climbing but is easy to adapt to. Thought going to a 100mm fork from a 80mm fork is also taking some adjustments.

I've seen this shorter/higher trend on several top expert and pro bikes over the last year or so.

I have been borrowing other's bikes lately which are smaller than my own and have noticed that I am beginning to prefer the shorter/higher configuration also.
