I hope you are doing all right in the midst of all of this. Such a horrible day for all involved.

Such a tragedy that has impacted so many. I came home from work from my own college faculty position and just stared at the video this nut made and sent to CNN. No words to utter except it's too bad he didn't begin by taking his own life first so others would have been spared.
It will be a lengthy healing process.

My thoughts and prayers are especialy with the kids -- hope they are handling things ok.
I have been teary for days of course and was so relieved that David was home far away from campus that day. Yesterday I did the best long run of my (running) life and it was very helpful. Looking forward to seeing your next post about your cycling. God Bless!
