Ooof

First full day of hypertrophy.

Maybe I estimated my max too high cause it was tough.

Maybe I out to eat more, it might help that lightheaded-shaky hands feeling.

This year I am going to do 2 weeks Hypetrophy followed by 2 weeks strength and then retest maxes and repeat.
